Former Massachusetts Senator, Scott Brown, claims he once confronted Joe Biden about an incident involving Brown’s wife, TV personality Gail Huff, during Brown’s 2010 swearing-in ceremony.

In a recent episode of the Burn Barrel podcast with Tom Shattuck, Brown, now 63, recalled the interaction with Biden, 80, stating that he had warned the then-Vice President about his actions. When asked if Biden had been overly familiar with Huff, 60, Brown responded affirmatively but did not provide specific details.

Footage from the swearing-in depicts Biden placing his hand on Huff’s lower back for a brief moment. It remains uncertain if this was the instance that sparked Brown’s comments.

Shattuck broached the topic of Biden’s history of personal interactions, noting that many find his actions unsettling. In the conversation, Brown hypothesized that Biden’s behavior might be influenced by cognitive challenges. “I’ve spent time with him and enjoyed his company,” Brown noted, “but we’re familiar with signs of early-stage Alzheimer’s, and he seems to exhibit them.”

Biden’s behavior has been a topic of debate for years. Recent incidents include a moment with a mother and child on a tarmac and a comment made to a female reporter during his trip to Helsinki following a NATO summit in Lithuania. Additionally, a video surfaced in June showing an awkward interaction with actress Eva Longoria before a White House event.

Another episode that drew attention took place the previous year when Biden made a playful comment to a teenager during a photo opportunity at Irvine Valley College in California.
