(TheIndependentStar.com) – In a vital revelation about Kamala Harris, Republican vice-presidential candidate and Ohio Senator JD Vance disclosed that according to journalists, the Democrat presidential nominee is dissatisfied with her internal polling numbers.

On Tucker Carlson’s program on The Daily Caller, Vance suggested that public election polls are designed to demoralize Republican voters by exaggerating President Trump’s lack of support.
He elaborated on his discussions with journalists, indicating that Harris’s campaign is wary about her electoral prospects come November.
“I’ve said, look, Kamala’s own internal polls are not very good right now,” Vance remarked.
“And of course, lefties say, ‘Well, J.D. Vance is the VP candidate for Republicans. Nobody in Kamala Harris’ campaign is talking to him.’ That’s right, by the way, Kamala Harris’ campaign is not talking to me, but they are talking to journalists. And then those journalists want insight into what’s going on with the Republican ticket. They want to see our internal numbers,” Trump’s running mate elaborated.
Vance continued to discuss the feedback he has received from journalists, who have apparently shared that Harris is not pleased with her polling figures.
“And look, the journalists are telling me that Kamala Harris doesn’t like her numbers. The journalists are telling me our campaign does like their numbers,” he added.
Earlier in the conversation, Vance pointed out Harris’s struggles in critical swing states necessary for a victory. He detailed the reciprocal relationship between campaigns and journalists, emphasizing the strategic exchange of information that occurs.
“What we’re seeing both when we talk to the journalists who are close to the Kamala Harris campaign, you know how this goes, you give the journalists some information, they give you some information,” Vance explained.
“And, so our numbers, their numbers, very clearly show that she’s not doing well in the states she needs to win, but a lot can change and we have to get out the vote,” he said further.
Current national polls depict a close race between Republican nominee Donald Trump and Harris, with FiveThirtyEight showing Harris with a slight edge of 48.5% to Trump’s 45.2% as of Thursday. Historical trends suggest that Trump’s true level of support might be underrepresented in polls, similar to the 2016 and 2020 elections.
Moreover, a recent poll from The New York Times/Siena College, released on September 8, places Trump marginally ahead of Harris, 48% to 47%, based on responses from 1,695 registered voters across the country, with a margin of error of 2.8%.
