Trump Issues Promise to Women

DONALD TRUMP

(TheIndependentStar.com) – Speaking at a rally in Wilmington, North Carolina, the Republican presidential nominee promised to women in the U.S. that if he is re-elected, they will be “happy, healthy, confident, and free” again.

“Women have gone through a lot,” Trump said. “Women are poorer than they were four years ago, are less healthy than they were four years ago.”

He also stated women are “more stressed and depressed and unhappy” now compared to four years ago and have become “less optimistic and confident in the future” under the Biden-Harris administration.

“I will fix all of that, women,” Trump promised. “I will fix all of that, and I will fix it fast and at long last, this national nightmare that we’re going through will be over.”

Moreover, he went on to claim that abortion is now “where it always had to be,” under state control and decided by “the vote of the people.”

“Every legal scholar, every Republican and Democrat for years didn’t want it in federal control,” Trump claimed. “They wanted it in the states and a vote of the people. That’s what’s happening right now.”

He noted that state laws include exceptions for rape, incest, and saving the mother’s life.

“But it isn’t allowing for Democrat-demanded late-term abortion in the seventh, eighth, and ninth month or even the execution of a baby after birth,” Trump said.

Trump also vowed to protect women at a level never seen before so they will finally be healthy, hopeful, safe, and secure. Their lives will be happy and beautiful, and they will be great again.

In addition, his comments came after he posted a bold, all-caps declaration on Truth Social, promising to keep women safe and happy if he wins the election.

Trump has previously called himself the “most pro-life president in American history” and accused Harris of lying when she said he would ban abortion nationwide if re-elected.

He also pointed out that he would not sign a national abortion ban, insisting the issue should stay with the states.

Moreover, the former president’s statements followed Harris’ recent remarks in Georgia, where she warned that Trump is a threat to women’s freedoms. She said Republicans would stop abortion if Trump returned to the White House.
