Trump Border Czar Drops MAJOR Truth Bomb

Tom Homan

Defying sympathy pleas and media spin, Trump’s border czar Tom Homan dropped a major truth bomb: Having kids born on U.S. soil will not prevent illegal alien parents from being deported.

The Trump administration’s hardline stance on immigration enforcement targets lawbreakers regardless of their family situation, emphasizing national sovereignty over emotional appeals.

During an appearance on CBS News’s “Face the Nation,” Homan made it clear that U.S. immigration laws apply to everyone who enters the country illegally.

“Having a U.S. citizen child doesn’t make you immune from our laws of the country,” he stated firmly, pushing back against the notion that parenthood provides special protections.

Homan underscored that illegal aliens who choose to have children after entering the country unlawfully must face the consequences of their actions.

He also clarified that U.S. citizens, including children, cannot be deported as deportation requires an order from an immigration judge – something that only applies to non-citizens.

Furthermore, the Trump administration has faced criticism over recent cases where mothers were deported and took their U.S. citizen children with them to countries like Honduras.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio joined Homan in disputing what they called “misleading accusations” that the administration was deporting U.S. citizen children.

This clarified that parents were making the choice to take their children with them upon deportation.

These cases highlight President Trump’s determination to enforce immigration laws without exception.

Meanwhile, he administration is pursuing aggressive policies to expedite deportations while also mounting legal challenges to birthright citizenship – a constitutional interpretation that many conservatives have long questioned as an incentive for illegal immigration.

In one controversial case, a mother deported to Honduras took her 4-year-old child, who reportedly has cancer.

The border czar confirmed that the mother had received due process through immigration hearings and was legally ordered deported by a judge.

He maintained that it was the mother’s decision to take her child with her rather than arrange for the child to stay with relatives in the U.S.

The administration’s position is clear: entering the country illegally has consequences, and those consequences do not disappear because someone has children in America.

Trump officials argued that creating such exceptions would only encourage more illegal immigration and put more families in difficult positions.

As the administration works to secure additional funding for enhanced border security, these enforcement actions demonstrate President Trump’s commitment to the immigration promises that resonated with voters.

By closing loopholes and enforcing laws already in place, the administration aims to restore order to an immigration system that has been exploited for decades.
