After admitted that he had not yet decided on whether or not he wants to run for re-election in Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin encouraged President Biden to run once again in 2024.
Many believe that Putin was secretly mocking Biden.
In transcript provided by Newsmax, Putin stated, “What President Biden said about his possible reelection I think he was absolutely right to do. Because if you don’t start preparing for the elections, I think the governability of the country will suffer to a significant degree.”
“The U.S. president doesn’t need my opinions, but I think he acted absolutely rightly,” Putin further explained.
Conservatives believe that Russian President Putin made these remarks because the Kremlin knows that Biden’s presidency is holding America’s success back in many ways. Currently, the United States is facing soaring inflation rates, rising gas prices, supply chain issues, and overall mass economic uncertainty.
Currently there is a lot of speculation about whether or not if Biden is going to truly seek re-election in 2024. Some Democrat strategists have even gone as far openly confessing that Biden would lose control of the executive branch for Democrats if he attempts to go up against Trump once again in the next election cycle.
A recent poll showed that Democrat voters strongly favor Vice President Kamala Harris and former First Lady Michelle Obama to run as a team if President Biden decides to step down. White Press Secretary Jen Psaki recently came out and admitted the Biden fully intends to run for re-election however many conservative pundits have their doubts.
