(TheIndependentStar.com) – Mask mandates have been a staple during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Democrats in particular have been emphasizing them, ostensibly to protect people from serious illness.
Despite the pandemic winding down and restrictions easing, there are still many places requiring a face covering. Airports and airplanes are one example, as mandated by a January executive order from President Joe Biden.
It seems John Kerry, Biden’s special presidential envoy for climate, missed that order, because he’s now been photographed maskless in an airport and on a plane, on two separate occasions. The latest occurrence was on July 5 in Boston’s Logan International Airport, where the politician was caught without his mask going through the TSA line.

Kerry was also caught without a mask in March on an American Airlines flight. In response to that incident, he claimed his mask was only off for a moment. He accused the passenger who took the photos of not showing the whole situation. The passenger responded that the former presidential candidate took the face covering off prior to boarding and left it off for at least five minutes.
Kerry didn’t respond to the new photos or claims he was in Logan International Airport without a legally required mask. The White House also failed to respond to inquiries about the event.
TSA says violating mask mandates attracts a fine of $250 for the first offense and up to $1500 for repeat instances. Will Kerry have to pay a fine, or does he have immunity because he’s a politician?
