McCarthy Rips Biden and the Far Left (video)

( – In a devastating rebuke of President Joe Biden and the far left, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has blasted the administration and congressional Democrats for appeasing Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and condoning antisemitism amid the ongoing attack on US ally Israel.

McCarthy’s scolding of the president came after the grievous surprise attack by Hamas on Israel launched over the weekend killed over 1,200 Israelis and foreigners, including at least nine US citizens.

“President Biden has said previously that he believes the number one threat to America is facing is climate change. That is not true. The number one threat killing Americans is terrorism. The number one threat is an open border,” the former House speaker declared Monday.

Speaking before reporters at the Capitol, McCarthy (R-CA) slammed the Biden administration for facilitating the enhancement of the “axis of the evil power of Iran, Russia and China.”

“Rather than focus on his Green New Deal. He should focus on protecting the American people,” he demanded.

The recently deposed former House speaker gave Biden five strategic suggestions for the aftermath of the Palestinian terrorists’ attack on Israel:

  • Rescue American hostages abducted by Hamas.
  • Provide full support to Israel.
  • Confront Iran.
  • Secure the southern border.
  • Confront antisemitism in the U.S.

“Allowing Iran to produce more oil appeases them. Paying ransoms for American hostages has only made us weaker on the world stage,” McCarthy insisted.

He further lambasted the House Democrat leadership and the far-left stance of some congressional Democrats.

“Allowing elected members of this body to speak antisemitism and not condemn it is wrong. To avoid it is wrong. As speaker, I watched a member on the other side of the aisle try to reserve a building in here to celebrate antisemitism,” the former speaker said.

McCarthy, who last May prevented a pro-Palestinian rally by Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) on the House side of the Capitol, noted he previously removed another Democrat “Squad” member, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) from the House Foreign Affairs Committee due to anti-Semitic statements.

“I watched others yesterday continue those remarks. I watched the leadership on the other side stay calm. Have we not learned anything from history? We must fight antisemitism in the United States,” the California Republican asked.
