(TheIndependentStar.com) – In a massive Hells Angels bust, police have arrested the president, vice president, and all members of the motorcycle club in Bakersfield, California, as part of an extensive investigation into allegations of kidnapping, assault, and robbery.

In a detailed announcement on Facebook, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office disclosed that six individuals associated with this notorious motorcycle gang were detained on a range of violent charges.

Additionally, another individual had been previously arrested on separate charges, The Daily Caller reports.

According to the release, the operation involved over 150 law enforcement officers and resulted in the seizure of approximately 25 firearms, numerous rounds of ammunition, several high-capacity magazines, and items related to gang activities.

“More than 150 law enforcement personnel seized approximately 25 firearms, ammunition, multiple high-capacity magazines, and gang affiliate paraphernalia,” the statement read.

This extensive operation was a collaborative effort between the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, and the California Highway Patrol.

Subsequently, the names of the detainees were made public: Ricardo Alvarez, 42; Armando Villasenor, 55; Joseph Soto Sr., 57; Joseph Soto Jr., 33; Joshua Zavala, 31; and John Seeger, 57. Joshua Vaughn, 37, was also identified as a member of this group, already under custody at the time of the other arrests.

The investigation led to the execution of eight search warrants across various locations in Bakersfield.

The suspects face numerous charges including kidnapping, first-degree robbery, criminal threats, false imprisonment, assault with a firearm, participation in a criminal street gang, criminal conspiracy, intimidating a witness or victim, and elder abuse.

Currently, the accused are detained at the Kern County Sheriff’s Office Lerdo Facility.

Among those arrested, two were identified as active, patched members of the Bakersfield Chapter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. Additionally, two belong to the Sons Of Hell Motorcycle Club, a subordinate group that follows directions from the Hells Angels.

Details concerning the victims involved in this case remain confidential.
