Look Who Is Running For Office Now

This is madness!

A report by the New York Post has revealed that New York Mayor Eric Adams is keeping an eye on the White House, in case President Joe Biden decides to step down.

A source close to Adams revealed to the New York Post that the mayor believes he “has a platform to run for national office, for president in 2024,” adding that the New York mayor has made these claims “repeatedly.”

The source also added that he believes “New York is a national platform. He thinks the national party has gotten too far to the left, and he thinks he has a platform to win.”

Although many have confirmed Biden’s intention to run for a second term, many in the party wonder if the President will have the capacity, given he is 79 years old and is prone to gaffes and confusion while doing his day-to-day activities, something numerous media outlets and voters have pointed to when questioning the President’s mental acumen.

Adams’ for his part, has also shown his desire to be in the Oval Office, joking that had he been diagnosed with dyslexia earlier, he may have been president rather than the mayor.

However, an advisor for Adams has denied the rumors, saying, “The mayor has not had any conversations with anyone about running for president. He is 100% focused on lowering crime and improving the economy in New York, and bringing this city back.”
