Kamala PLAGIARIZES – Copycat Move! (Video)

KAMALA HARRIS

(TheIndependentStar.com) – In a blow exposing Kamala Harris’s ideological impotence and copycat moves, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump publicly accused his Democrat opponent of plagiarizing his earlier pledge to exempt service workers’ tips from taxation if he secures a second term.

See a video exposing Harris’s plagiarism from Trump in the tweet below!

Trump initially declared this commitment at a rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, on June 9, The Daily Caller points out in a report.

Harris revealed a similar stance at her own Las Vegas rally two months later, just six weeks after she assumed President Joe Biden’s position in the 2024 presidential race.

Trump lambasted Harris for her apparent lack of “imagination,” branding her a “copycat” for appropriating his policy idea.

He asserted that Harris was promoting the policy merely for “political purposes” and doubted her commitment to actually implementing it.

“Kamala Harris, whose ‘Honeymoon’ period is ENDING, and is starting to get hammered in the Polls, just copied my NO TAXES ON TIPS Policy. The difference is, she won’t do it, she just wants it for Political Purposes! This was a TRUMP idea – She has no ideas, she can only steal from me. Remember, Kamala has proposed the LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN HISTORY – It won’t happen. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Furthermore, he speculated on the potential continuation of this trend in another post.

“How long will it be before Kamala Harris comes out with another ‘TRUMP’ policy like, ‘No Taxes will be paid by our Senior Citizens on Social Security?’ She’s looking really bad now! Everyone is waiting to see what idea, or policy of mine, she will copy next,” the former president stated.

Adding to the criticism, Republican Senator J.D. Vance, the GOP’s vice presidential nominee, also voiced skepticism regarding Harris’s inaction on the “no tax on tips” policy despite her current role.

“Given that she runs the government why doesn’t she do it now?” Vance inquired on X.

The online community also reacted, with the hashtag #CopyCatKamala gaining traction on X early Sunday as users echoed Trump’s accusations against the vice president.

Earlier in the year, the Biden-Harris administration introduced the Service Industry Tip Compliance Agreement (SITCA) proposal.

This IRS-led initiative aims to enhance the accuracy of tip reporting on employment tax returns, thereby increasing compliance within the service sector.
