Bye bye!

According to reporting by Fox News, if Biden chooses not to run in 2024, Vice President Kamala Harris won’t necessarily be his successor. At least that’s the sentiment from Virginia voters.

Taking to the streets of Loudoun County, Virginia, Fox News stopped voters to ask them one question: “would you vote for Kamala Harris if Biden does not seek re-election?”

Who should be the Democratic candidate in 2024 has emerged in recent debates as a recent poll by Yahoo News/YouGov showed a staggering 40 percent of Biden voters in 2020 believed the aging President should not run again in 2024.

But Kamala Harris hasn’t been American voter’s preferred replacement to Biden. Instead, a Fox News poll conducted earlier in June showed 56 percent of Americans have an unfavorable view of Harris compared to 37 percent who hold a favorable view of the Vice President.

One voter, Rosa, told Fox News that she’d support Harris but would “be open to other candidates as well in the Democratic Party.”

But siding with the majority consensus of other Americans, a man named Daniel said, “I don’t think she deserves the position she is in now,” adding he thinks “she’s a joke.”

Another interviewee, Kristine, indicated that she wouldn’t support a “Democratic ticket” or Harris, stating Harris isn’t “the greatest representative that this country can ask for” before pointing to the Vice President’s record.

Harris’s record has become a stain on her prospects with the Democratic Party, first showing up in March last year when Biden tasked her to lead diplomatic outreach in an effort to tackle the “root causes” of migration.

But, with migration at the Southern border hitting new records as recently as May this year, Harris’s ability has come into question.
