Kaepernick Offered Football Job by WHO?!

(TheIndependentStar.com) – In a surprise development, scandalous wokeist former NFL player Colin Kaepernick might soon return to the league.

Jim Harbaugh, the newly appointed head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers and a longtime confidant of Colin Kaepernick, has extended an offer to the notorious anthem protester to join the Chargers’ coaching staff.

“Yeah, we talked a little bit about it,” Harbaugh stated in an interview with USA Today, cited by Breitbart News.

“He’s considering it. He was out of the country. He said he was going to get back to me. We haven’t reconnected since then. That was early, early in the year,” he added.

There is a notable history between Kaepernick and Harbaugh, the report points out.

Harbaugh, during his tenure as the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, chose Kaepernick in the second round of the 2011 NFL draft.

Their collaboration brought about a significant revival of the team’s fortunes, culminating in multiple playoff appearances and a Super Bowl run.

Their partnership ended when Harbaugh left to coach at the University of Michigan, his alma mater, in 2015.

Kaepernick exited the NFL after the 2016 season, having drawn significant media attention for kneeling during the national anthem as a protest against societal injustices in the United States.

Recently, Sky Sports interviewed Kaepernick in Paris during the Olympic Games. He expressed a continued strong desire to resume his NFL career.

“Hopefully,” Kaepernick said when asked about returning to professional football.

“We’ve just got to get one of these team owners to open up. It’s something I’ve trained my whole life for. To be able to step back on the field, I think that would be a major moment, a major accomplishment for me. Also, I think I could bring a lot to a team and help them win a championship,” he added.

Kaepernick has been vocal about his criticism of the NFL, particularly likening the draft process to a slave auction.

In his narrated series, Colin In Black & White, he compares the scrutiny NFL prospects undergo at the combine to a slave auction scene set in the mid-1800s.

In this depiction, he comments on the establishment of a “power dynamic” as NFL coaches and slave auctioneers symbolically shake hands, drawing a parallel between the historical exploitation and the modern-day treatment of athletes.

If Kaepernick decides to accept Harbaugh’s offer, he needs to act promptly, as the NFL regular season is scheduled to start on September 5.
