He didn’t hold back!

Outspoken podcast host Joe Rogan noted that he no longer trusts CNN to give unbiased news, remarking that CNN journalists were “propagandists” and the network’s ratings was “dogs***.”

On a Friday episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, the host voiced his criticism for individual CNN hosts, expressing his opinion of Don Lemon and Brian Stelter, while mentioning that he believed Chris Cuomo’s departure only worsened CNN’s predicament.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship commentator was shocked to see Chris Cuomo let go by the network, given that he was once their “alpha” commentator. He then went on to voice his criticism about individual CNN hosts, focusing his critique on Brian Stelter and Don Lemon, saying that CNN had to realize that their ratings were dropping and that having “highly polarizing editorial personalities like Stelter and Don Lemon” wasn’t helping.

In the same episode, he also mentioned that Cuomo was fired for a “weird reason,” although he added that he understood its ethical basis.

This episode comes on the heels of Chris Cuomo’s Dec 4th termination. The CNN anchor had been fired after news broke that he tried assisting his brother, Andrew Cuomo, during an investigation into sexual harassment claims brought against the former New York governor.

Discussing Cuomo’s firing, Rogan revealed that he understood the ethical reasoning but also didn’t see how the anchor’s involvement was substantive, saying, “like, what did he do?” Before noting that Andrew was the one being investigated for the accusations and that Chris’s only involvement was trying to research his brother’s accusers.

The host also quipped that Chris Cuomo should use the encrypted communication app Signal.

He ended his bashing of the news network by saying, “you f***ing propagandists, like, what are you, the right arm of Pfizer?” Before revealing that he believed there was a market for unbiased news, which he said was “hard to find.”
