It’s Over – Trump Wins Again

(TheIndependentStar.com) – President-elect Donald Trump has been crushing Democrats since the general elections: this time he got the U.S. Appeals Court to dismiss the classified documents witch hunt against him.

The dismissal of the last federal criminal case against Trump marks a significant blow to the Deep State’s relentless attempts to undermine his presidency.

Special Prosecutor Jack Smith had to finally face the reality that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted.

Ultimately, Smith was forced to request the dismissal of charges related to the alleged illegal retention of classified documents.

This development comes as no surprise to Trump supporters, who have long argued that these cases were nothing more than a politically motivated witch hunt. As Senator JD Vance observed, these prosecutions were “always political.”

However, the dismissal of charges “without prejudice” means that the left may still be able to harass Trump in the future.

“These cases, like all of the other cases I have been forced to go through, are empty and lawless, and should never have been brought,” Trump declared in response to the ruling.

Recently, the Supreme Court ruled that a former president cannot be prosecuted for “official acts” taken while in office.

Both this precedent and the dismissal of the classified documents case effectively dismantle the left’s weaponization of the justice system against Trump.

This is not the first time Trump has seen a victory in the classified documents case. Judge Aileen Cannon also dismissed charges after ruling that Smith was improperly appointed.

In the face of this never-before-seen legal attack, Trump’s resolve is a testament to his commitment to the American people.

He pointed out, “It was a political hijacking, and a low point in the History of our Country that such a thing could have happened, and yet, I persevered, against all odds, and WON.”
