Is Biden Buying Kamala Votes by Doing THIS?!

(TheIndependentStar.com) – In a desperate attempt to bypass the Supreme Court’s block on his student loan giveaway scheme, Joe Biden has once again extended the federal student loan payment pause.

Biden is targeting approximately 8 million borrowers enrolled in his controversial Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) plan, granting them a six-month payment suspension.

This “interest-free general forbearance” has been seen as a clear attempt from Biden to buy votes for Kamala Harris with taxpayer money before the elections.

The move has been described as political maneuvering since the administration faces legal challenges from Republican states determined to protect taxpayers from footing the massive bill.

The administration has claimed that the SAVE plan is the “most affordable repayment plan.”

However, critics argue that this is nothing more than an attempt to push through widespread debt cancellation that the Supreme Court already rejected.

According to a spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Education, “Federal student loan payments for some 8 million borrowers will remain on pause for six months or longer.”

The SAVE plan, which promises to reduce monthly bills, has come under intense scrutiny from conservative lawmakers who recognize it as a backdoor attempt to implement widespread student loan giveaways.

Republican attorneys general in Kansas and Missouri have taken the lead in challenging this overreach.

They have filed lawsuits that argue Biden is attempting to bypass the Supreme Court’s decision.

These legal challenges have successfully resulted in a federal court injunction to prevent the implementation of parts of the SAVE plan.

This victory for fiscal conservatives has forced the Biden-Harris administration to resort to this latest extension of the payment pause in their desperation to push through their agenda at any cost.

By doing so, the administration is ignoring the financial burden the plan puts on hardworking Americans who either never took out student loans or have already paid theirs off responsibly.

Before these legal challenges, the Education Department had already forgiven $5.5 billion in student debt for 414,000 borrowers through the SAVE Plan.
