(TheIndependentStar.com) – Living the whole Biden-Harris open-border experience in the flesh, a Manhattan prosecutor’s worst nightmare came true when an illegal with ties to a dangerous Venezuelan gang invaded her home and robbed her.
Brandon Simosa is a Venezuelan illegal who entered the U.S. in October 2023. He has been arrested for robbing a Manhattan District Attorney’s prosecutor in her own apartment building.
The suspect is linked to the feared Tren de Aragua gang and now faces multiple charges, including sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
The harrowing ordeal began when the prosecutor caught Simosa masturbating in the hallway of her building around 2 a.m. near 44th Street and Ninth Avenue.
The situation quickly escalated as Simosa stole the prosecutor’s phone, which was later traced to a migrant shelter known as The Row – a former hotel turned haven for illegals.
This incident is not an isolated case. Simosa has a disturbing history of criminal activity in New York City, with six previous in just five months.
His rap sheet includes thefts and assaults in Queens and Manhattan, highlighting the recurring nature of crimes committed by illegals who face little to no consequences for their actions.
Adding insult to injury, Simosa’s immigration removal proceedings were dismissed, leaving him without pending deportation actions.
The Row and other migrant shelters in NYC have been identified as hot spots for the Tren de Aragua gang, directly linked to a rise in robberies across the city.
The victim in this case works for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, known for his controversial prosecution of President-elect Donald Trump.
While Bragg focuses on politically motivated cases, actual criminals like Simosa continue to terrorize New York City residents.
