Deadly Road Rage – Man Killed

(TheIndependentStar.com) – U.S. Highway 36 in Westminster, Colorado, witnessed the tragic death of a truck driver following a road rage incident that spiraled out of control.

Specifically, a routine commute turned deadly on U.S. Highway 36 near Church Ranch Boulevard after a fight between drivers escalated into a fatal crash involving three vehicles in the westbound lanes.

According to local authorities, a 30-year-old truck driver got out of his vehicle to confront another driver following an initial collision.

In a tragic turn of events, the truck driver was struck by a westbound SUV while on the highway.

Emergency personnel rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Alcohol may have played a role in the incident as an open container found in the dead driver’s vehicle was taken as evidence.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office is expected to release the identity of the dead driver soon.

As the investigation continues, authorities have not issued any charges or made any arrests yet.

Right after the truck driver’s death, westbound U.S. 36 was closed for several hours as authorities pieced together the tragic sequence of events.
