Biden needs a mental evaluation.
President Joe Biden’s most recent gaffe that’s caused the latest furor about his mental acuity came during a speech he gave on Thursday (April 28), where he announced a $33 billion spending package for Ukraine.
Twitter users were shocked by statements Biden made while announcing the U.S. would be holding Russian oligarchs accountable and clamping down on their corruption.
During the speech, Biden said: “I’m also sending to Congress a comprehensive package of that will enhance our underlying effort to accommodate the Russian oligarchs and make sure we take their – take their ill-begotten gains. We’re going to accommodate them. We’re going to seize their yachts, their luxury homes, and all their ill-begotten gains of Putin’s kleptocri- k- yeah, kleptocracy – klep- the guys who are the kleptocracies.”
The President laughed off his stuttering statement, concluding, “But these are bad guys.”
After the clip was shared on Twitter by Townhall, who captioned it “Biden’s brain just broke, again,” several conservatives expressed their shock over Biden’s fumble.
“Alarming,” Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) tweeted, sharing a clip of the gaffe.
Keith Malinak, a conservative podcast host, directed his question at the person operating the teleprompter, eluding to Biden’s inability to read long words, tweeting: “To the person who typed the word ‘Kleptocracy” into Biden’s teleprompter…is this your first day on the job???”
RNC Press Secretary Emma Vaughn shared Malinak’s sentiment, tweeting, “Bold moves from the White Houe using ‘kleptocracy’ in a Biden speech.”
